The plain-language version of how we handle your information. No dark patterns, no data sales, no surprises.

Agile Clouders, Inc. is a software development company in Los Angeles, California. This site, agileclouders.com, is how prospective clients learn about our work and get in touch. This policy covers what information the site collects and what we do with it.
Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, and message you provide. We also record the network address the message came from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the form.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. We see aggregate reports, not your identity.
Bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile evaluates browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy and does not show you puzzles or track you across sites.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs of requests for security and troubleshooting.
We use contact form submissions to respond to you. That is the whole list. Your message is stored on our server and delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services.
We use analytics data in aggregate to understand what content is useful and to improve the site.
You can browse this entire site without submitting any personal information. If you prefer not to be included in analytics, browser settings, content blockers, or Google's opt-out tool all work here. If you have written to us and would like your message deleted, email us and we will delete it.
Write to services@agileclouders.com and a principal will answer, because there is nobody else here.
If we ever change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
